Abstract
Herein, we report the case of a 72 year old female patient who underwent surgery for hiatus hernia – Laparoscopic Nissen’s Fundoplication in some other hospital. She developed progressively worsening dysphagia in the postoperative period. Multiple sessions of Endoscopic balloon dilatation were attempted, but to no lasting symptomatic relief.
