Abstract
The rare species Hohenbuehelia josserandii was recorded in Slovakia for the first time. The locality in the Súľovské vrchy Hills is one of the easternmost in Europe. Basidiomata were produced on branches of freshly fallen silver fir ( Abies alba ).
