From 2020 to 2023, surgical patients under the ERAS integrated care showed continuous improvements in average length of stay, postoperative ambulation time, postoperative intake time, and extubation time. Abstract

提升手術安全是病人安全年度目標的重要政策。萬芳醫院藉由推動術後加速康復，成立術後加速康復(ERAS)整合照護團隊，參考文獻訂定手術病人照護流程指引，推動後於臨床治療流程審議委員會定期追蹤檢討。自2020年至2023年期間，導入ERAS整合照護的手術病人，於平均住院天數、術後下床時間、術後進食時間、管路移除時間等方面，獲得持續的改善，藉以提升手術照護品質，促進醫療資源的有效利用，邁向以價值為基礎的醫療照護。 Improving surgical safety is a crucial policy of “Hospital Patient Safety Annual Goals”.
