The data collection technique used is interviews and questionnaires. Abstract

Organizational culture is a unified system of values that is adhered to and used as guidelines by an organization. Very organizational culture important for achieving organizational effectiveness. Cultural implementation School organization is not much different from the implementation of culture organization in general. Apart from functioning as a school identity what differentiates one school from another, Organizational culture can become a standard of behavior for school citizens influencing the school community to take action experienced. 组织文化是一种统一的价值观体系,是一个组织所遵守和使用的准则。组织文化对于实现组织的有效性非常重要。学校组织的文化实施与一般组织的文化实施并无太大区别。组织文化除了作为学校区别于其他学校的标识外,还可以成为学校公民的行为标准,影响学校社区采取有经验的行动。发展强大、亲切、有利的组织文化,并勇于承担责任,将为所有学校居民带来各种益处。本文旨在分析泗水十三中 SMAN 环境中学生对组织文化发展的态度。本研究采用的方法是定性描述法。采用的数据收集技术是访谈和问卷调查。研究结果表明,组织文化的发展对 SMAN 13 Surabaya 非常有影响力,也非常重要,这一点已被文化所证明,组织影响着各方学校预期的最终结果,同时也是实施学校组织内部活动的基础。
