Data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation with data reduction analysis, data display, conclusions, and data verification. The validity of the data is tested by credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results of this research show that: 1) the leadership of female principals based on school culture at SD Negeri 2 Batu Beduk is democratic leadership, situational leadership, and participatory leadership. Abstract

This research aims to describe the leadership of female principals based on school culture at SD Negeri 2 Batu Beduk, describe the leadership strategies of female principals based on school culture at SD Negeri 2 Batu Beduk, and describe the obstacles to the leadership of female principals based on school culture at SD Negeri 2 Batu.
