The current research examines the numerous elements that lead to work-related stress, as well as the influence of demographic factors on stress among IT professionals. A sample of 240 data has been collected from the northern, central, and southern regions of Tamil Nadu. A Convenience Sampling Technique has been performed to collect the information. The results reveal the impact of stress factors on IT professionals in their work environment. Achieving a fine balance between theory and practice is the primary focus. The Journal only publishes high quality papers that have passed the rigorous peer review procedure of an archival scientific Journal. The aim is an increasing number of submissions, wide circulation and a high impact factor.
