Abstract
More than 20% of people worldwide suffer from allergic diseases. The high prevalence and wide range of provoking factors complicate the diagnostic search, which leads, on the one hand, to inadequately extensive dietary and regimen restrictions that reduce the quality of life of patients, and on the other hand, to the failure to identify life-threatening allergens. The article discusses modern laboratory methods for diagnosing allergic diseases, including the latest multicomponent methods. Clinical examples are also presented demonstrating the effectiveness of diagnosis and selection of patient management tactics using the ALEX 2 test system
