The results of these analyses revealed significant findings, supporting the hypothesis that workplace spirituality affects organizational identification, with OBSE serving as a mediator in this relationship.\nFindings- The findings suggest that employees with WS and OBSE are more likely to identify with their organization's beliefs and values. \nConclusion- Incorporating WS can result in favorable OI, mainly when an individual's core values are congruent with the company's. Abstract

Purpose- This research paper delves into the relationship between workplace spirituality (WS) and organizational identification (OI) and the mediating role of organization-based self-esteem (OBSE) in this association.
