Purpose - The main objective of this research is to analyze e-commerce companies in a digital marketing and logistics context to better understand the future of e-commerce companies. Methodology - This manuscript has included updated literature and real examples to explore the new challenges facing e-commerce firms in marketing, logistics, and sustainability terms. Findings- The results reveal that Amazon, JD.com, and Alibaba companies with their autonomous distribution have a huge competitive advantage against their main competitors because they do not depend on external logistics companies, their parcel shipments are more personalized, and they reduce time and costs in their processes. Nevertheless, when e-commerce companies depend on external distribution, the quality of their parcel shipment services is highly dependent on logistics firms’ ability to provide excellent service to their consumers. Sometimes, consumers’ satisfaction is related to parcel shipments by logistics companies, which may be affected by poor services or even parcels arriving too late, and possibly customers will be dissatisfied. Conclusion- In the light of the information obtained because of the research, the sustainable future of e-commerce companies will lie in their efficiency and efficacy management, the sustainability of the environment, logistics services, technological innovations, and marketing strategies to increase sales conversion and cover new consumers’ needs.

Purpose - This paper aims to place aviation safety culture on three pillars theoretically, and by doing so, to distill findings. By more clear words, It tries to give a more detailed explanation of the concept of safety and safety sciences. Regardless of the business branches, safety should be an important branch, depending on its clear importance in aviation, maritime, health and engineering and more technical sciences to give a clear insight into safety another purpose. Methodology - Methodologically, the differences between the communities of Gemeinschaft and Gesellschaft of Tönnies and epistêmê and technê discrimination of Greek philosophy pave the way for Habermas’s Communicative Action Theory to create a cultural form that is exemplified as safety culture in civil aviation depending on the increasing impacts of the communication and communication networks. In the end, it concludes that the safety culture of civil aviation can be explained with this type of theoretical background and this methodology can be utilised in other industrial branches and sciences. Findings- The main findings of this research can be collected in two groups. One of them is directly related to the creation of a cultural form (safety culture) and its main features by theoretical means, the other one is the evaluation of these theoretical means to the specific ends in a specific business branch, so civil aviation. Conclusion- Through these ways, the importance of communication, sociological heritage and knowledge forms in aviation safety culture will be more theoretically understandable which is a complementary recipe of the research gap. On the other side, and in clearer words, safety is one of the great problems of humankind and business life. Like many other concepts such as security, the importance of heritage, culture, transmission and transportation of knowledge will be more understandable with these kinds of papers or works.

Purpose- This research paper delves into the relationship between workplace spirituality (WS) and organizational identification (OI) and the mediating role of organization-based self-esteem (OBSE) in this association. Methodology- The study involved the participation of 206 administrative personnel at Canakkale Onsekiz Mart University in Canakkale province. The data collected were subjected to several statistical analyses, including explanatory and confirmatory factor analyses, normality tests, correlation analyses, hierarchical regression analyses, and Sobel tests. The results of these analyses revealed significant findings, supporting the hypothesis that workplace spirituality affects organizational identification, with OBSE serving as a mediator in this relationship. Findings- The findings suggest that employees with WS and OBSE are more likely to identify with their organization's beliefs and values. Conclusion- Incorporating WS can result in favorable OI, mainly when an individual's core values are congruent with the company's. In this context, an individual's confidence in their skills and their conviction in their ability to make valuable contributions to the organization fosters a strong sense of self-esteem in the workplace.

Purpose- This study's objective is to observe Türkiye’s fintech market structure by their competitiveness results. To get a better observation Türkiye compared with a fintech-developed country as Germany. The inconvenient definition of fintech caused this study to examine 4 massive fin-tech sectors. Especially current situation of the financial-technology market there are several branches. The study refrains from the engineering-intensive branches to serve its purpose. The study includes; Payments, Lending, Personal Finance, and Insuretech branches. We expect to observe the competitive dynamics for several branches. Methodology- The study selected the “entropy index” as a method. The entropy index shows the market depth for related sectors. It can be defined as a density analysis. We can make the index with at least 5 observations. However, the increase in the observation level causes the low-variance level index results. Findings- The study made its index by the top ten firms by their sales revenue level. The study observes the market in 5 branches. The conclusion part supplied 5 different density results. In that situation, observations can be seen more specifically for the market. The study used the entropy density index to observe the competitiveness level of the market. Results were multiple because the branches were divided from the sector. Every branch has its dynamics. On the Türkiye side, we expect fewer companies than in Germany. However, in the personal finance sector, we can observe the competitiveness levels are close. However, in this study, we can also observe high gaps between the sectors of insurance tech and lending. This study did not have the purpose of determining the factors behind them but the study tried to give political suggestions. Conclusion- The density level for lending and personal finance sectors can be compatible with a high-fintech level company. For the insure-tech side, companies value and numbers are lower. The payment sector has more technology than the other sectors but the number of firms are lower than in Germany. We were expecting the competitive structure are not improve in Turkey because of the low-quantity firms. At some branches, we obtained the results that support this expectation. However, the view of the study observed that some branches has low competitive market structure when compared the Germany. But at some points, there are massive cliffs between the two countries. We can attribute the situation to the habits. The habits of technology meant. Especially on the insurance side, Turkey should improve itself. Türkiye should be getting more investment, subsidies, etc. in the sector of insure-tech and payment sector. Because their competition level is a risk to the country’s market structure. This study includes no detailed politics but suggests to subsidies and incentives from the government side. Government should support and encourage the new-entry firms or entrepreneurs for the sector of fintec

Purpose- By integrating sustainability into their business operations, small tourism and hospitality accommodation enterprises will not only contribute to achieving sustainable development goals 7, 9,12,13 and 14, but also promote a culture of environmental and social consciousness that aligns with the broader objectives of the United Nations’ Agenda 2030. Therefore, this study explores barriers to the adoption of sustainability practices among small hotel businesses in Ghana. Methodology- Using a qualitative research framework and descriptive analysis method, face-to-face interviews were conducted with 16 small hotel managers in the Cape Coast Metropolis of Ghana. The interview technique was adopted because it allowed for the acquisition of detailed information from participants on barriers to the adoption of sustainability practices. Findings- The findings revealed a spectrum of internal barriers: lack of awareness and understanding of sustainability principles, attitudes, negligence among hotel staff, and financial constraints. External barriers, such as owner interference in managerial decision-making, exploitative supplier actions, burdensome taxes and levies, and seasonal fluctuations with low hotel patronage, were also identified as the main barriers to the adoption of sustainability practices in small hotel businesses in Ghana. Conclusion- The study concludes by recommending targeted sustainability education and training programs to enhance sustainability awareness and cost-effective practices, while changes in organizational structures such as empowering managers and fostering collaboration between owners and managers are imperative for effective sustainability adoption and integration. Additionally, small hotel businesses should diversify revenue streams beyond peak seasons and, with collaborative efforts, advocate for supportive policies and regulations at all levels to create a conducive environment for the adoption of sustainable practices.
