A disturbance observer-based HOFA predictive control (DOB-HOFAPC) is adopted to achieve the desired tracking control performance and compensate for the communication delays in the forward and backward channels. The further discussion gives a criterion to analyze the tracking performance and stability of closed-loop CPSs. Abstract
