Students completed surveys to assess knowledge and confidence in pediatric nursing. Simulation quality was assessed using the Simulation Learning Effectiveness Inventory.</p><p><strong>Outcomes: </strong>Students' (N = 37) knowledge and confidence in pediatric nursing concepts significantly increased after the simulation.
