Abstract

The article examines the process and methods of training employees enrolled in the personnel reserve, provides the stages of training the personnel reserve and the characteristics of each stage, as well as recommendations for creating individual development plans for reservists. The characteristic of the approach to the selection of various positions for training the personnel reserve in terms of the importance of the position for the organization is given.
