Findings regarding the focus and area of study, country, and the yearly rate of publication are aligned with those that focus on the individual impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on teaching and science education. Abstract

This paper aims to examine the trends around research in science teaching following the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic.
