Abstract

In the digital age, the spread of fake news and misinformation is an increasingly relevant problem, which makes it difficult to verify the veracity of information. The research aims to establish strategies for the development of critical skills in the digital age in order to combat the dissemination of misinformation and fake news in education, through the analysis of dissemination processes; survey of strategies for the development of critical skills for education in the digital world and mapping through the method of systematic literature review of relevant research on disinformation and fake news in education. The bibliometric study collected 29 publications from the Reference Database of Journal Articles in Information Science, allowing the analysis of 20 after exclusions.
