O presente artigo trata da discussão contemporânea e futura das profissões. Reflete sobre os novos atributos exigidos aos profissionais para continuarem exercendo suas profissões. O objetivo é mostrar que as profissões vão se alterando no tempo à medida que o mercado e a sociedade mudam e, nesse caso, especialmente decorrente da cultura digital, novas competências são necessárias. A metodologia é a pesquisa qualitativa, com pesquisa teórica e abordagem reflexiva, observando a realidade e as tendências que se apresentam. Chega-se à conclusão que no mínimo quatro competências, agora, são inevitáveis para quase todas as profissões, a saber: competências digitais, da informação, interculturais e negociais. Embora as duas últimas não sejam novas, eram antes pouco praticadas. Já as duas primeiras são mais recentes. Todas passam a ser necessárias e precisam fazer parte das profissões atuais e do futuro que pensam em serem profissionais e organizações do conhecimento no paradigma tecnológico de cultura digital, na infosfera e na sociedade da informação e do conhecimento.

O presente trabalho busca apresentar um breve resumo acerca da vida do renomado autor Fernando Claudio Prestes Motta, além de abordar a sua produção científica e a sua contribuição para o estudo da Teoria das Organizações. Para isso, foram trazidos nomes de alguns autores que influenciaram Prestes Motta, bem como comentadas opiniões de autores brasileiros a respeito desse importante acadêmico, o qual foi considerado um dos maiores nomes da administração brasileira. Para construção do trabalho e considerações a respeito da relevância atual de sua obra na área de Administração, a metodologia utilizada foi revisão de literatura, bem como a busca pelo termo “Prestes Motta” em artigos da plataforma SPELL, considerando o aparecimento do termo descritor no título do documento, no resumo, nas palavras-chaves ou como autor citado. Ao final da busca, o foco recaiu sobre a evolução das citações a respeito de Prestes Motta ao longo dos anos de 2017 a 2021 em artigos presentes no indexador SPELL. Assim, foi elaborado gráfico como forma de demonstrar a evolução de quantidade de citações do autor durante o período.

A tecnologia 5G está se tornando essencial para impulsionar a agricultura sustentável nas próximas décadas. O objetivo deste trabalho foi caracterizar as pesquisas relacionadas à tecnologia 5G no contexto da agricultura sustentável, contribuindo assim para o avanço do conhecimento científico e o estímulo de debates sobre as mudanças tecnológicas na agricultura com o apoio do 5G. Realizou-se um mapeamento sistemático das publicações científicas sobre o uso da tecnologia 5G na agricultura sustentável, abrangendo discussões desde o início da temática até o presente momento. Os resultados revelaram que os termos mais frequentes na pesquisa indicam um foco em tecnologias inteligentes e precisas na agricultura. Foi identificada também uma abordagem interdisciplinar na aplicação do 5G na agricultura sustentável, com interconexões entre diferentes campos de conhecimento. Os resultados destacam o crescente interesse e a relevância do 5G na agricultura sustentável, oferecendo insights para futuras investigações e desenvolvimentos tecnológicos.

The internet has become an indispensable resource for accessing information. In this digital ecosystem, search engines play a crucial role in helping users find the most relevant content for their queries. This study aims to investigate how the application of Artificial Intelligence in content optimization can improve the relevance and accuracy of search results in Search Engine Optimization. Using an exploratory and descriptive methodology, the research explores the intersection between On-page and Off-page Search Engine Optimization techniques and AI, highlighting the application of Artificial Intelligence technologies such as natural language processing and machine learning. The results show that Artificial Intelligence has a significant impact on On-page Search Engine Optimization techniques, both in terms of the accuracy and relevance of search results. The research reveals that Artificial Intelligence can improve On-page Search Engine Optimization techniques, such as the optimization of Meta Tags and Title Tags, and On-page and Off-page Search Engine Optimization strategies. It is concluded that the integration of Artificial Intelligence into Search Engine Optimization strategies represents a significant evolution in digital marketing, offering more sophisticated and efficient methods for search engine optimization.

The technological parks have experienced growth in the country and have a rich ecosystem of innovation that brings together a variety of actors, highlighting research institutions, the private sector, and the government. The study aims to analyze the relationship between university, companies, and government in technological parks in the implementation phase in Brazil. Using documentary analysis and asymmetric observation, 82 documents from three poles were examined from the perspective of speech act theory. Seven units of analysis were established: introductory aspects, innovation, infrastructure, institutional feasibility, organizational identity, organizational environment, and local culture. The sample included the Technological Park of Brasília - BIOTIC in Brasília, the Technological Park Foundation of Santos, São Paulo State, and the Scientific and Technological Park of UFRGS, Porto Alegre. The results indicate that cooperation among these actors is essential for the development of technological parks, contributing to the creation of sources of knowledge, innovation, and entrepreneurship. BIOTIC and Zenit Park are initiatives born from the academic environment, contrasting with the technological parks of Santos, mainly driven by the government sector. This distinction highlights different models of development and support for technological parks in Brazil, reflected in their structures, operations, and regional impacts. The research concludes that the construction of the triple helix is catalyzed by the collaboration of these actors, especially regional governments interested in fostering the economy. Additionally, technological innovation in companies is strengthened by academic research, reinforcing National Innovation Systems (NIS).

This scientific article aims to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the advances and challenges of artificial intelligence in the legal system, considering its ethical, social, and legal implications. Furthermore, the objective is to analyze the proposals of Brazilian legislations and establish a parallel with European law, with the purpose of identifying divergences and similarities. The development of these systems is based on the use of data from human experience, which highlights the inherent risks and has driven several countries to undertake legislative efforts for regulation. In this context, the European Union stands out, whose main objective is to create a trust-based ecosystem for development of AI. In order to understand the current approach to this topic and conduct a comparative study between the legal systems in question, practical examples of artificial intelligence implementation were analyzed. Additionally, a bibliographic survey of documents, legislative proposals, and studies published by the European Union, as well as relevant Brazilian legislation, was carried out. The results obtained revealed that the current Brazilian legislation constitutes a starting point in solving problems associated with the topic. However, as these technologies develop, there is a need for secure protection to prevent and repair damage. The presence of critical scientists, specialized in the area, is also important, as they directly influenced the legislative creations and the correct framing of AIs according to their risk.

O presente artigo tem como objetivo analisar o estado de flow durante o uso de Serious Games no processo educativo de estudantes do segundo ciclo do Ensino Fundamental. Para tanto, foi realizada uma investigação qualitativa, do tipo descritivo-interpretativa, a partir do uso de Serious Games por cinquenta e quatro estudantes, abordando conteúdos de Matemática e Biologia. Para a coleta de dados, utilizou-se a observação da aplicação dos jogos e um grupo focal com os estudantes a fim de compreender a influência do game no processo de ensino e de aprendizagem. A análise dos resultados foi realizada a partir do referencial teórico do Flow, estabelecendo a correlação entre desafios e habilidades, nível de ansiedade do jogador e a prevalência do entretenimento como fator motivador para engajamento. Como resultados, os estudantes afirmam ser mais interessante estudar e se divertir ao mesmo tempo em um ambiente escolar mais dinâmico e produtivo, mantendo o entretenimento como fator motivador para a aprendizagem.

It analyzes the technical processing of these audiovisual documents at the National Archives, the main archival institution in Brazil. The general objective was to prepare an archival diagnosis on the technical processing of audiovisual archival documents at the National Archives, with three specific objectives: to conceptually discuss audiovisual documents and their insertion in the universe of archives; problematize the technical processing of audiovisual documents in archives; identify the profile of the National Archives’ audiovisual collection and its forms of entry; and map the stage of organization, level of description and digitization of the National Archives' audiovisual collection. The research contributes to improving technical treatment practices for audiovisual documents at the National Archives, providing a detailed diagnosis of the current situation. The methodology used involved the collection and analysis of documents, as well as the exploration of the National Archives Information System (SIAN) and research instruments developed by the institution's technical team. The results indicate the importance of a comprehensive and critical study on the treatment of audiovisual documents in the archival context, suggesting the need for innovative approaches to the access and preservation of audiovisual documents in archival institutions.

The general objective was to prepare an archival diagnosis on the technical processing of audiovisual archival documents at the National Archives, with three specific objectives: to conceptually discuss audiovisual documents and their insertion in the universe of archives; problematize the technical processing of audiovisual documents in archives; identify the profile of the National Archives’ audiovisual collection and its forms of entry; and map the stage of organization, level of description and digitization of the National Archives' audiovisual collection. The research contributes to improving technical treatment practices for audiovisual documents at the National Archives, providing a detailed diagnosis of the current situation. The methodology used involved the collection and analysis of documents, as well as the exploration of the National Archives Information System (SIAN) and research instruments developed by the institution's technical team. Sociology of innovation is a transdisciplinary approach to research and development whose theoretical-methodological framework is based on the Actor-Network Theory. The article aims to map scientific communications produced in the literature about innovation and Actor-Network Theory (ANT). As bibliographical research, a semiotic-material approach is used to map these research interests on the Dimensions scientific data platform, seeking to explore their problematization networks via word co-occurrence and clustering with the VOSviewer network analysis software, in addition to describing their translational movements based on the titles and summaries of the mapped research itself and the literature itself in some way related. Two problematization networks about innovation and ANT are explored, one being multidisciplinary (see relationships between different fields of research such as health, management and technologies) and the other interthematic (through actor-words such as “implementation”, “framework” and “knowledge”. Such research interests are crossed by the very semiotic-material complexity of scientific production and communication related to ANT and innovation, performing socio-technical and political-economic processes of invention, negotiation and commercialization between human and non-human actors, of somehow linked to different knowledge and domains of scientific and technological knowledge.

The research aimed to analyze the sustainable innovation and sustainability practices applied by companies in the Brazilian textile sector. To this end, a survey was conducted with 25 respondents representing textile industries from different regions of Brazil. Theoretically, the study developed a framework that can serve as a basis for companies interested in sustainable and innovative practices. In practice, it offered valuable insights and guidelines for companies looking to improve their sustainable practices. Socially, it highlighted the importance of sustainability in the Brazilian textile sector, influencing other companies to adopt more sustainable practices and contribute to a more socially responsible industry. The study is original and relevant, filling a gap in the existing literature on the subject by specifically addressing sustainability practices and sustainable innovation in the context of the Brazilian textile sector. In addition, its relevance is highlighted by its ability to provide practical insights for companies in the textile sector, helping them to better understand their current practices and identify areas for improvement, with a view to more sustainable and responsible management.
