Organizational Analysis as an Element of Construction Company Management Perfection

Abstract

. Aspects of the analysis of the organization state, which allow determining the level of management quality and directions for its improvement, are discussed in the paper. These aspects include generally accepted approaches (organizational performance analysis, organizational structure analysis, management compliance analysis with existing standards) and new approaches proposed by the author (analysis of management pathology, analysis of inversion level, organizational immunodeficiency, organization strength). The complexity and multidimensionality of the analysis makes it possible to improve construction management for the formation of key management competencies.
