Abstract
GNSS data from the base maintained at the Pulkovo Observatory (VDB) and a similar base from the Nevada Geodetic Laboratory (NGL, USA) were used for research of the long-term dynamics of atmospheric precipitable water vapor over the territory of the East European Craton.
