In the current study, sleep disturbance and eating disorders explained 38.5% and 40.2% of HbA1c, respectively, and were found to have a significant effect (respectively: <i>F</i> = 73.737, <i>p</i> ≤ .001; <i>F</i> = 19.353, <i>p</i> ≤ .001). This study provides evidence that eating disorders and sleep disturbance explain approximately half of HbA1c.
