Abstract

In this study, ‘Chetoui’ olive cultivar grown in two different regions in central and northern Tunisia, under rainfed and irrigated system, was evaluated for fruit characteristics, oil acidity, chlorophyll, phenols content and fatty acid composition during 2 crop years.
