We report the case of a lady who presented with vague complaints following trans-abdominal hysterectomy and was found to have a gossypiboma inside one of the ileal loops on computed tomography. Abstract
Gossypiboma is a common iatrogenic complication following abdominopelvic surgeries and has medicolegal implications.
