Abstract
Comprehensive health records (CHRs) that encompass patients’ medical and dental information is here and now. CHRs enable health care providers to deliver personalized, precision medicine/dentistry effectively and efficiently. The objective of this report is to provide an overview of strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities associated with a comprehensive health care record system that integrates medical and dentalrecords.
