Abstract
This article explores the nexus between social media analytics (SMA), intraorganizational communication (IOC), decision effectiveness, and service innovation, and the moderating and mediating roles of IOC and decision effectiveness were scrutinized. We obtained data from digital content managers in Egyptian media institutions.
