Abstract

Eric O’Shaughnessy is an independent renewable energy research consultant. Dr. O’Shaughnessy has been leading research on the United States voluntary renewable energy market for a decade. The rest of his research portfolio focuses on econometric analysis of distributed energy resource markets. Dr. O’Shaughnessy received his PhD in environment and resources from the Nelson Institute for Environmental Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He also has an MPA from the LaFollette School of Public Affairs at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a BS in environmental economics and policy from Michigan State University.
