Imaging the \"space-content\" of 9 phospholipids indicated that HFD significantly increased phospholipid content within the renal cortex. Furthermore, PlsEtn and PakCho significantly decreased the expression of transport-related proteins CD36, while elevating the expression of fatty acid β-oxidation-related protein PPAR-α in the renal cortex.
