In this study, we reviewed all the studies that fit the subject of our research with the keywords bleomycin and vascular malformations in the title and abstract in PubMed from 2004 to June 12, 2023, to prevent selection bias. Most studies support bleomycin’s efficacy and safety as a sclerosant agent. A few studies have observed its distressing side effect, pulmonary fibrosis. Abstract
