In this study, data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with descriptive methods. The sample was taken using a saturated sample, which used all members of the population as a sample of 117 people. The results of the study show that motivation, work discipline and work productivity of employees are included in the sufficient category. Abstract

PT Dirgantara Indonesia is a large company in the manufacturing industry sector. In the last three years, the company has experienced business challenges, namely project declines and 22% delays in completion.
