The research explored the dimensions of resilience skill as a competence on employee contextual performance. To explore the dimensions of resilience skill as a competence on employee contextual performance, the author employed a survey approach among retail employees in Bandung. The sample consisted of 74 employees who willingly participated in the study. The model's predictions were tested using non-parametric PLS-SEM, preceded by validity and reliability testing of the research instruments. The results of exploring the dimensions of resilience skill as a competence on employee contextual performance revealed that all dimensions significantly impacted employee contextual performance. It is essential to acknowledge the limitations of this research, which include the focus on resilience as a competence and the use of a limited sample size through a cross-sectional survey. These limitations suggest that the findings may only be generalizable to some contexts. Further research is needed to explore other competencies and consider longitudinal studies for a more comprehensive understanding of the relationship between resilience, self-efficacy, and contextual performance.

This study aims to examine the business network's impact on the sales volume of rice crackers at a specific production house in Cililin. The study utilizes a qualitative research methodology with a descriptive model, including interviews, observations, and documentation as research methods. The research findings indicate that a rice cracker production facility in Cililin has established a robust production network, with several suppliers providing raw materials. Additionally, the facility has developed a marketing network by actively participating in the trader community in West Bandung. Furthermore, the facility has formed cooperative partnerships with different supplier stores to facilitate distribution. The rice cracker production plant in Cililin has effectively enhanced its annual sales volume through its established business network while selling items exclusively within the local vicinity. Hence, it is recommended that the production company in Cililin enhance its commercial network to broaden prospects, resulting in a surge in sales volume and profits. This entails expanding corporate networking to expand the market reach and optimizing management systems for a more streamlined firm operation.

A strategic plan is an organization's detailed and extensive strategy to effectively manage its resources and achieve its goals within a specified period. Effective implementation of an information system necessitates strategic planning inside an organization to capitalize on the advantages of the information system implementation fully. This also applies to a Vocational High School in Cimahi. The school encounters many obstacles, including managing school data and performance assessments and requiring a unified system across departments to facilitate the school's operational procedures. Strategic planning establishes specific objectives, such as integrating information systems in academic and non-academic operations, overseeing school data management, enhancing infrastructure management efficiency, and boosting competitiveness by developing a web-based school support system for information and promotional purposes. Aligning the information system's strategies with the school's business strategies will aid in accomplishing these objectives. Developing information system strategies necessitates alignment with the organization's existing business strategies. This research examines the strategic information system planning process, specifically employing the Ward-Peppard technique. This approach facilitates a more comprehensive comprehension of the firm before developing a strategic plan. It involves doing a SWOT analysis, Value Chain analysis, Porter's Five Forces analysis, and McFarlan's strategic grid analysis as recommendations for the proposed information system strategies.
