Abstract
The theory of new institutional economics provides a powerful tool for analyzing the transformation and innovation of China's discipline inspection and supervision system. Changes in the discipline inspection and supervision system include induced and coercive transformations, with changes in interest patterns and power relationships having a significant impact on institutional change.
