TRANSFORMATION OF LOGISTICS SUPPLY CHAINS OF FOREST GOODS FROM RUSSIA UNDER SANCTIONS

Abstract

Выполнен обзор состояния логистических цепей поставки лесных грузов с учетом введенных санкций. Проанализированы факторы, повлиявшие на трансформацию логистических цепей поставок из России на примере лесных грузов. Определены показатели (индикаторы) трансформации логистических цепей поставки лесных грузов, а также предложена формула расчета стоимости доставки (цены логистического плеча) в условиях санкций. Рассмотрена реальная логистическая цепь доставки лесных материалов, произведен расчет расстояния и стоимости доставки в новых условиях. По итогам исследования предложен способ расчета цены грузоперевозки, которая может применяться для логистических маршрутов в новых направлениях. The paper provides an overview of the state of logistics chains for the supply of forest goods, taking into account the sanctions imposed. The factors that influenced the transformation of logistics supply chains from Russia on the example of forest cargo are analyzed. The indicators (indicators) of the transformation of the logistics supply chains of forest goods are determined, as well as to propose a formula for calculating the cost of delivery (the price of the logistics leverage) in the conditions of sanctions. The real logistic chain of delivery of forest materials is considered, the distance and cost of delivery in new conditions are calculated. Based on the results of the study, a method for calculating the price of cargo transportation is proposed, which can be used for logistics routes in new, created directions.
