Data analysis was conducted using STATA (ver. 12.0) and MetaGenyo web tool. <b>Results:</b> The findings showed that the <i>RNLS</i> rs10887800 polymorphism could increase risk of PE in allelic, codominant heterozygous and dominant genetic models.
