Abstract

The amount of waste has been increasing due to the increase in human population and urbanization. In cities, the overflowed bin creates an unhygienic environment. Thus degrades the environment, to overcome this situation, “Solar Powered Solid Waste Management System Using IoT” is developed. The system is powered by solar energy and separates the waste into three categories namely wet, dry and metallic.
