Furthermore, the study underscores the importance of balancing automation with human capital development to ensure seamless integration of technology and human expertise in supply chain operations.The findings underscore the strategic importance of prioritizing data integrity and human capital development in the context of Industry 4.0 adoption. The study emphasizes the need for robust security measures, collaborative platforms, and training programs to maximize the benefits of Industry 4.0 technologies in supply chain management.Businesses can leverage the insights from this study to strategically implement Industry 4.0 technologies, optimize supply chain operations, and enhance competitiveness. Moreover, policymakers can utilize these findings to formulate proactive policies addressing workforce transition, economic factors, and ethical considerations associated with Industry 4.0 adoption.This research contributes to the existing literature by providing empirical evidence on the transformative impact of Industry 4.0 technologies on supply chain management, particularly in the context of developing economies like India.
