Changes in the characteristics of society towards medical services as users of medical services are not supported by increased communication between doctors and patients, giving rise to dissatisfaction and conflict between both. This large gap between society and doctors has given rise to disputes against the medical profession, which has given rise to medical disputes. This research aims to analyze the medical dispute resolution system in Indonesia. The type of research used by researchers is normative legal research, namely legal research that attempts to find legal rules, principles, and doctrines to answer the legal issues being faced. The data sources used in this research are secondary data obtained through primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. The data obtained in this research will be analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis methods. The conclusions in this research are: The ideal dispute resolution between doctors and patients can be seen from three sides, namely the patient side, the doctor side, and the procedure side. Before choosing which route will be used by the patient in resolving problems related to medical disputes, the patient is expected to review the advantages and disadvantages of each path.

This paper introduces a novel approach that is designed for the purpose of enhancing the migration of Ethnic Music (EM) styles into diverse musical content using Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques. EM is considered to be rich in cultural significance. It is characterized by unique scales, rhythms, and instruments, so it presents specific challenges in style transfer, mainly in terms of preserving the authenticity and integrity of traditional sounds while, at the same time, trying to introduce new stylistic elements. The proposed Migration Algorithm (MA) employs a combination of techniques such as Short-Time Fourier Transform (STFT) for preprocessing, Feature Extraction (FE) using Mel scale filtering and Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCC), and feature transformation modified convolutional neural networks (STLCNet for style and CONCNet for content). The output from both networks is combined using the mathematical theory of evidence, and its output spectrogram is reconstructed into an audio signal using the phase gradient heap integration (PGHI) algorithm. An additional 60,000 recordings have been included in the Smithsonian Folkways Collection for testing. The approach succeeded significantly on key metrics, including KL Divergence, Signal-to-Distortion Ratio (SDR), and Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR), and the empirical findings proved that type of transfer accuracy, quality of sound, and text integrity were all properly addressed.

This paper examines the text-critical issues between the Masoretic Text (MT) and the Septuagint (LXX) versions of the Book of Jeremiah, focusing on orthographic variants, editorial changes, and transcription errors. The study begins with the Masoretic Text, detailing its historical development, transmission, and defining features. It then discusses significant textual variants within the MT tradition, such as spelling, grammar, and word order. The paper then turns to the Septuagint translation, analysing notable differences in wording, verse arrangement, and theological emphases. These differences provide insight into the LXX translators’ interpretive choices and theological perspectives. The analysis reveals distinct theological emphases, scribal tendencies, and translational choices that shape the textual tradition of Jeremiah. The paper reviews scholarly debates on the reliability and significance of the MT and LXX traditions, highlighting diverse interpretive approaches and their implications for modern biblical scholarship. The paper concludes by summarising key findings and emphasising the significance of text-critical analysis in biblical studies.

As a university in a nation where Moslems make up the majority, fashion-related matters will spark its interest among students and entrepreneurs, including hijab. With a wide variety of specifications and selections, it is difficult for hijab manufacturers to accommodate a variety of customer requirements. Hence, to stay competitive, it is important for hijab manufacturers to comprehend customer requirements and transform them as design specifications for hijab. As such, this research aims to apply Quality Function Deployment (QFD) to identify the important customer’s requirements of hijab for female Moslem students in the Faculty of Management (FM), Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), to determine the important design criteria for a new hijab for female Moslem students, and to assess the difference in hijab customers' requirements based on demographics. Five important attributes are identified from the literature review, which are type of hijab, material, colour selection, motif, and price. This study is quantitative based via survey questionnaire, with 216 female moslem students in FM responded. Kendall Coefficient test result revealed that the requirements ranking by the 216 respondents are consistent. Descriptive analysis results suggested that respondents viewed “colour selection” as the most important hijab requirement, followed by material, type of hijab, price and motif. Subsequently, a set of Hijab product specification is proposed based on frequency analysis. The proposed specification fulfilled a minimum of 70% of the customers requirement. Additionally, ANOVA analysis results suggested that customers’ body weight and height made no difference on customers requirement ranking, but customer nationality does affect the ranking of motif requirement. The implication of the finding is perhaps to provide guidance to the hijab manufacturers or Small and Medium Enterprise by concentrating on the certain attribute of hijab to be able to meet the customers’ requirements.

Capacity building is crucial for human resources management in the public sector as it not only enhances individual skills but also strengthens organizational structures and improves overall effectiveness. In Jeneponto, challenges in traditional and cultural empowerment significantly hinder local development, as indicated in the DPMD's 2021 Performance Report. A qualitative approach was employed to deeply understand the human resource capacity-building phenomenon at the Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa (DPMD) of Jeneponto Regency. Data were collected through primary surveys and secondary sources, including structured and unstructured interviews with key informants such as heads of departments and local community leaders. This study found that Training and continuous professional development are essential for enhancing the individual and collective capabilities of the workforce, thereby improving institutional effectiveness and responsiveness to change. Despite high qualifications among employees, there is a notable gap in training accessibility due to budget constraints, predominantly affecting operational staff compared to top executives. Structural leadership within DPMD also shows a concentration of decision-making power among a few, with a need for broader leadership development at all levels to enhance initiative implementation and organizational agility. The study highlights the need for equitable budget allocation, relevant and inclusive training programs, and resource management improvements to foster effective capacity building. It emphasizes a holistic approach that addresses training, leadership, and infrastructure to support organizational goals and enhance public service quality.

Every society desires peaceful coexistence. Peaceful coexistence brings joy, happiness, and development to family members. However, despite the advantages of peaceful coexistence, many families often experience conflict situations. This ranges between spouses, parents and their children, siblings and extended family members. This is against the background that women are mostly affected in domestic violence. The situation is so alarming that spouses decide whether to divorce or not. Children at times become wayward, and form gangs against their parents. Some Statutory Acts have been enacted to curb or minimize the occurrence of this menace. Yet all efforts seem to have been counter-productive. This study, therefore, attempts a rhetorical analysis of Psalm 133 to contextualize peaceful coexistence within Nigerian society. Data on the conflicting situations within the home are sourced from some of the daily Newspapers, journals and other relevant materials. The findings revealed that numerous Nigerian families are victims of this conflict situation. The work affirms that men, women and children suffer domestic violence within the Nigerian society. It suggests the teachings in Psalm 133, if applied, can enshrine peaceful coexistence among families within the Nigerian society.

Integrating conventional medicine with complementary and alternative therapies creates a comprehensive approach to healing. It is used worldwide to treat illnesses and improve health. The World Health Organisation recognises these treatments as significant and expanding globally. Integrative medicine, which promotes holistic healing, aligns well with the principles of Islam. Despite its growing popularity, there is limited scholarly exploration of integrative medicine through the lens of Islamic perspectives, which encompass a rich traditional medical practice deeply rooted in religious teachings. This quantitative-qualitative analysis used bibliometric and content analytics to investigate integrative medicine literature trends in Scopus. Based on bibliometric performance study of 1466 papers, the US, China, India, and Iran are the most productive integrative medicine research centres with the most relevant institutions. An in-depth review of integrative medicine research's growth will help healthcare practitioners grasp the issue and stimulate empirical research to improve integrative patient care.

The pleasure of having a sexual relationship between spouses is a real indicator of family stability and satisfaction. This study examined the impact of basic needs (competence, relatedness, and autonomy) on sexual satisfaction among Syrian refugee spouses. It was a qualitative study that used a structured interview as a tool to collect data. The interviewees were 24 males and females (married) from Syrian refugees in Jordan (Mafraq Governorate). The data analysis tool was the thematic approach of Braun and Clarke (2006). This study was based on the self-determination theory (Basic Need Theory) of Deci and Ryan (2000). The findings of the study were: (i) Syrian refugee spouses bore the challenging status of being refugees in Jordan, which affected their sexual satisfaction; (ii) the early marriage of Syrian refugee youth influenced their sexual satisfaction; (iii), age played a major role in constructing sexual satisfaction among the spouses; and (iv), Syrian refugee spouses were affected by their status as refugees in Jordan, which had influenced their sexual relationships; (v) the patriarchal norm had a negative effect on the sexual satisfaction of the Syrian refugee spouses. The study concluded that the sexual satisfaction among Syrian refugee spouses was low due to their miserable economic and social situation.
