Abstract
The main objective of this study was to investigate the underlying factors contributing to unsafe behavior among machinery operators through questionnaires distributed among a sample of 48 operators. Data analysis conducted via SPSS software and Spearman analysis revealed several key contributors to unsafe behavior.
