Their structures were elucidated based on extensive spectroscopic data analysis of MS, 1D and 2D NMR, and their absolute configurations were confirmed by comparison of the optical rotation data. Abstract
Chemical investigation of Corydalis mucronifera has resulted in the isolation and identification of a pair of new enantiomeric phenolic constituents (±)-mucroniferal D (1) and five known ones (2–6). Their structures were elucidated based on extensive spectroscopic data analysis of MS, 1D and 2D NMR, and their absolute configurations were confirmed by comparison of the optical rotation data.
