Participants were recruited from the general population in Akita prefecture, Japan. We administered a four-item social frailty screening questionnaire to classify the severity of social frailty in each participant before and after the 3-month intervention. The RAR parameters were measured on an Actiwatch Spectrum Plus device worn by the subjects for 7 continuous days. As the final sample, 65 participants classified into the improved/maintained group (<i>n</i> = 36) or the deteriorated group (<i>n</i> = 29) according to the change in the social frailty classification after the intervention were included in the analysis. The results of a binomial logistic regression analysis showed significantly higher values of interdaily stability (IS) and usual walking speed at the post-test after the intervention.
