A total of 180 patients were included. Significant reductions were found in times from first medical contact to electrocardiogram, from electrocardiogram to cath-lab activation, and from cath-lab activation to cath-lab arrival (<em>P</em> = 0.02, <em>P</em> = 0.04, and <em>P</em> = 0.02, respectively), after the platform was implemented. Abstract
