Importantly, we find more conserved responses to the four different nutrient deficiencies in canola roots, with more distinct proteome changes in aboveground tissue. Macronutrients such as nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), potassium (K), and sulphur (S) are critical for plant growth and development.
