The findings reveal both strengths and areas for improvement within organizational support systems, workload management practices, and family-friendly policies. Additionally, cultural factors significantly influence work–life dynamics, emphasizing the need for culturally sensitive interventions. Career development opportunities also play a crucial role in shaping work–life balance perceptions. Statistical analysis, including mean scores, provides insights into the areas of strength and concern, guiding recommendations for policy and practice improvements tailored to the educational sector in Oman.
