The rolling process was numerically simulated, as close as possible to real conditions in roughing and finishing stands. The process of cutting varietal rolled rods on a cooling conveyor is mathematically described. Abstract

In this paper, we consider current technological problems and methods for solving them that are related to the production of round varietal rolled rods on the 370/150 operating mill of OJSC Belarussian Metal Works.
