The moderator role of the green star practices in the relationships between the variables has also been searched. The study data have been obtained from the employees of five-star hotels in Antalya, Türkiye. SPSS package program and Smart PLS were preferred in examining the relationships. As a result, significant relationships have been determined, and the green star practices moderate the relationship between them. Besides, the moderator role of green star practices has been analyzed, and this is the main difference of this research from the other hospitality studies in the literature. Abstract
The objective of this research is to determine the effects of hotel environmental strategies on sustainable awareness perception and green employee behavior in the hospitality industry. The moderator role of the green star practices in the relationships between the variables has also been searched. The study data have been obtained from the employees of five-star hotels in Antalya, Türkiye. SPSS package program and Smart PLS were preferred in examining the relationships.
