Participants fill in questionnaires at 0 (baseline), 3 (effectiveness) and 6 months (follow-up). Primary outcome is diabetes distress at 3 months. Secondary outcomes are emotional well-being, psychological self-efficacy in relation to diabetes, social engagement, fatigue, and glycaemic outcomes. Moreover, logdata of MyDiaMate use is passively collected. Abstract
