The initial presentations are similar to symptoms of benign nasal polyps, such as nasal obstruction, hyposmia and nasal discharge. As the disease progresses, the involvement of the palate, paranasal sinuses, orbit and skin become alarming symptoms. We report a case of a young male with Nasal ENKTL who presented with symptoms similar to acute on chronic rhinosinusitis with orbital complications. Abstract
Nasal Extranodal NK/T Cell Lymphoma is an aggressive tumour affecting the nasal and midline structures, causing surrounding tissue destruction as the result of its progression. The print version is distributed free to about 4000 members of Association of Otolaryngologists of India and the e-Journal shortly going to make its appearance on the Springer Board can be accessed by all the members.
Association of Otolaryngologists of India and M/s Springer India group have come together to co-publish IJOHNS from January 2007 and this bondage is going to provide an impetus to the Journal in terms of international presence and global exposure.
