It’s an incredibly challenging time to work in the NHS, with record numbers of patients coming forward for care, increasing pressure on the services that members of the public rely on every day. At the centre of this are doctors and other healthcare professionals who are working extremely hard to give the best possible care to patients, often under difficult circumstances.
