In this article, the authors question whether the addition of nanoliposomal irinotecan, 5-fluorouracil, leucovorin and oxaliplatin (NALIRIFOX) to therapeutic options constitutes true progress for patients with metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (mPDAC).
