Abstract
Copper(I)-mediated azide-alkyne cycloaddition was coupled with cross-coupling for the synthesis of [6,5,5] ring-fused tricyclic triazoles. Copper(I)-mediated azide-alkyne cycloaddition was investigated on 2-iodoaryl propynes or propynones.
