Abstract
Thiazole derivatives have attracted considerable attention in medicinal chemistry due to their promising biological activities. This review article provides a comprehensive overview on the pharmaceutical applications of the thiazole derivatives, exploring their structural activity relationship and medical applications. We discuss the anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory, anti- oxidant, BSA and DNA interaction properties of thiazole derivatives highlighting their role in drug development.
