Abstract
The immense influx of refugees after the Syrian conflict started in 2011 has rendered Kilis among the provinces hosting the highest number of Syrian asylum seekers in Türkiye. This study examines the effect of the service quality at Kilis’ Elbeyli Temporary Accommodation Center on asylum seekers’ satisfaction.
