Abstract
The psychiatric department at the Laveran Army Training Hospital in Marseille is a referral center for legionnaires, a population at high risk of psychological trauma. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, nurses and orderlies play a major role in their care. The dual status of caregiver and soldier is an asset in providing comprehensive care for psychologically injured legionnaires. The service's civilian staff also have extensive knowledge of the military environment.
马赛拉弗兰陆军训练医院（Laveran Army Training Hospital）的精神科是军团士兵的转诊中心，而军团士兵是心理创伤的高危人群。作为多学科团队的一部分，护士和勤务兵在他们的护理工作中发挥着重要作用。护理人员和士兵的双重身份是为心理受伤的退伍军人提供全面护理的有利条件。该部门的文职人员对军事环境也有广泛的了解。
