Abstract

The spinach-derived extracellular vesicles (Spinex) isolated from spinach efficiently suppressed lipid accumulation during adipocyte differentiation. The anti-obesity properties of Spinex are also demonstrated in a high-fat diet-induced mouse model. The research highlights Spinex as a promising natural biomaterial for combating obesity.
